A feast of a book, lovely pictures and an enthusiastic sense of cooking adventure. Makes you want to have a massive kitchen and a huge family to cook up feasts for. However even if you never get round to cooking anything it is still enjoyable reading.
De-tox Yourself by Jane Scrivener
I've followed her month-long de-tox (as did my husband). We found it easy, enjoyable and both liked the benefits! Certainly I was much clearer in my mind and whizzed though all my boring paperwork at work every morning. Had loads more energy for exercise and other things too.
What Mother's Do, especially when it looks like nothing by Naomi Stadlen
This is an absolute joy to read for any mother thinking things like ‘God I'm so tired I could die', ‘How come I never get anything done all day?' and ‘why didn't anyone tell me having a baby was going to be like this?' We all go through this of course, and this book reassures us that we're not alone.
